Just wanted to thank you for taking care of the cremation for my loved one. Thank you for everything that you do for families. Every staff member treated my sisters and myself like a member of their own family.
Your staff was so gracious and kind. The gentleman, Gary, who prepared and cared for Charles, did a beautiful job. He had been so sick, I was afraid of how he would look. I was immediately put at ease. Have always treated us with kindness and respect in our time of loss and need. I just want to tell you that you were wonderful to work with.

You have been so kind and caring which has meant so much to us. I couldn't have asked for better during this time with a pandemic going on. They went out of their way to help us make this as great as possible. We will never think about using another funeral home.

Jennie is also such a sweet person and showed caring and personal attention to the families needs. We were very pleased with our experience. This was one of my husbands wishes to use this funeral home. The staff was very attentive and helpful in this difficult time. The staff did an excellent job with handling everything. Robert left Georgia at the age of 28 after attending Augusta Community college graduating as a heavy equipment mechanic. He also worked as a chauffeur, and in his spare time he love outdoor sports. He passed peacefully in the presence of his family at Bürgerhospital on December 12, 2022.

Dale Edward Farrell, 75, of Metcalf, IL passed away on Wednesday, November 2nd at Pleasant Meadows Nursing Home. Dale was born on July 27th, 1947, to Harold and Evelyn Farrell. The staff were a huge help to us. My family is truly grateful for your help. Each person we encountered have been wonderful. Crow went above and beyond in helping us with my dads funeral. They even brought all of the flowers and gift that people had sent out to our house the very next day after the funeral. They were very nice and helpful and made me feel comfortable.
